Enterprise tools (Meta)
During my time as a senior content designer at Meta, I worked on several internal enterprise tools used across the company. These projects supported everything from approvals and supply chain tracking to internal content systems and terminology standards.
I helped design and write clearer, more consistent experiences for complex workflows — partnering closely with engineers, designers and PMs to make tools faster, easier and more intuitive to use. While the work is confidential, here’s an overview of some of the projects I contributed to:
Approvals tool
A system used by senior leaders to approve everything from expenses and travel to hiring requests. I helped make the experience faster and easier to navigate — improving clarity across both the standalone interface and its integration with the internal communications platform.
Examples of content created: Empty states, tooltips, NUXs.
OTD dashboard
Developed a native interface to replace spreadsheet tracking, allowing supply-chain managers to monitor delivery performance directly in our internal system. The redesigned dashboard simplified data entry, improved visibility of key metrics, and saved the organisation significant time and cost.
Examples of content created: Terminology, toast messages.
Internal string management tool
Championed adoption of internal content management system that let content designers update UI text directly, without engineering support. After driving implementation for several products, I became one of the top contributors company-wide, saving hundreds of engineering hours each quarter.

Term review
Sat on the company-wide board responsible for reviewing and approving new product terminology. Ensured new terms met consistency and clarity standards, helping align product language across teams and tools.
Approved 40+ terms.
