Web content
I’ve worked across web and community-focused content — from landing pages and internal tools to help centres and user comms. My focus is always the same: clear structure, consistent tone, and content that connects people to what they need.
Note: Due to the everchanging nature of this work, the content on these live pages might change or become unavailable after the last update of this portfolio.
Mobility report (Guide and Landing Page) - Adyen
After moving to Adyen’s Berlin office, I worked closely with Sales to align content with commercial priorities. In 2019, mobility was a rapidly growing sector in Germany, with ebikes, scooters, and taxi platforms scaling quickly. Through conversations about target prospects and market trends, I proposed creating a sector-specific guide focused on mobility payments.
My role
I led the project end to end. I shaped the concept, wrote the guide, and developed the landing page. I briefed and managed the design output, working closely with the art director to ensure the visual direction supported a clear and engaging narrative. I aligned stakeholders and ensured the content supported both marketing and commercial conversations.
Focus
Turning market trends into a focused content strategy
Translating payment infrastructure into sector-specific insights
Structuring long-form content for clarity and commercial relevance
Ensuring alignment between messaging, design, and sales priorities
Outcome
The guide became a key asset for mobility-focused commercial conversations. Sales and SDR would share guide in outreach. Engagement (views, time on page plus high performance on social) informed our vertical specific content strategy.
Unified Commerce webpage - Adyen
Unified commerce is a broad and often misunderstood concept. The goal of this page was to clearly explain what unified commerce means in practice, how it differs from traditional setups, and why it matters for merchants operating across channels.
My role
I worked closely with product marketing, product management, and design to shape and write the page. My focus was ensuring clarity, consistency, and ease of comprehension while aligning messaging with product capability and commercial positioning.
Focus
Defining a complex concept in practical, accessible terms
Reducing jargon and clearly explaining key terminology
Structuring the page around common merchant questions
Ensuring alignment between product messaging and supporting content
Outcome
The page became a core reference point for explaining unified commerce across the site. We improved our ranking for Unified Commerce and also saw uplift in impressions that resulted in more overall traffic to adyen.com.
Payment methods hub - Adyen
Adyen supports a large and growing set of global payment methods. The hub was designed to help merchants explore options by region and type while keeping information consistent and easy to compare. The challenge was building a structure that could scale without becoming overwhelming.
My role
I played a key role in shaping the content structure and taxonomy for the hub, working alongside product, partners, and design. I helped define naming conventions, content patterns, and information hierarchy, and contributed to discussions around filtering and discoverability to ensure the experience felt intuitive.
Focus
Creating consistent structures for descriptions and key attributes
Establishing naming and terminology standards
Supporting scanning and comparison across regions
Designing content patterns that would scale as new payment methods were added
Outcome
The hub introduced a clearer, more scalable framework for presenting payment methods. The structured approach made it easier to expand the catalogue while maintaining consistency and usability. I monitored engagement and used insights to refine patterns over time.
